I am pleased to invite you to the sixth DigiLitEY Project Meeting which will take place in Riga, Latvia.

Time: 9:00am – 5:30pm

Meeting Format

Day 1 9:00 – 17:30

There will be a Steering Group meeting at 8:30am - 9:30am (Steering Group members only)

Day 2 9:00 – 17:30

The timetable will be circulated in due course.

Travel/Directions

From Riga International Airport (RIX): 15 min drive by taxi, 20 min by bus route nr.22 to "Stockmann centrs" stop and 5 min walk.

From Riga Central Railway station: 2 min walk.

From Riga International Coach terminal: 7 min walk.

For all directions by car, follow signs to the centre of Riga.

Lunch and Refreshments

The cost of lunch is £17.50 per day (approx. 20 Euro) and £35 (approx. 40 Euro) for both days

Eligible participants can claim this back via eCost as a meal (20 Euro flat rate) on your claim following the meeting.

Dinner

There will be a group dinner on the evening of Thursday 21st June 2018. The group dinner will take place:

The cost of the meal is 20 Euro per person and includes a starter, a main course, dessert, glass of beer or wine and water.
