Event description

Description

The issues of digital and information literacy have come under increased focus in recent months in light of international debate on “fake news” and the authenticity of information sources. Now in its third year, the annual Digital and Information Literacy Forum brings together a range of diverse agencies across Scotland who are working to support our communities towards full and meaningful digital and information literacy.

The event is supported by the Scottish Government and coordinated by the Scottish Library and Information Council, in partnership with the Right Information, the Scottish Information Literacy Community of Practice.

The Symposium is free to attend, however places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, limted to two places per organisation.
