The Digital and Technology Solutions (Software Engineering) Degree Apprenticeship is accredited by the Tech Partnership and designed to meet the needs of employers in IT and related sectors. The apprenticeship combines theoretical fundamentals of software engineering with practical development of IT solutions. It is suitable for new and existing staff with appropriate Level 3 qualifications.
This workshop is an opportunity for employers to discuss in detail the content and benefits of our Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship programme. The 2 hour workshops will include:
Detailed course content and delivery pattern
Overview of the apprenticeship levy and SME funding
Employee enrolment process
There will also be the opportunity to discuss your workforce development needs and learn more about our degree apprenticeship development pipeline, including cybersecurity and UXD degree apprenticeships.
Degree Apprenticeships are full-time employment incorporating 20% off-the-job training leading to a degree. In April 2017 the government will introduce an apprenticeship levy on employers which can be used by employers to cover apprenticeship costs.
