ABOUT THE CLASS
Build on your digital confidence with our Level 2 class designed for those who already have a basic understanding of using a computer or laptop. This practical, tutor-led session will help you sharpen your skills and explore new tools to make everyday tasks easier and more efficient.
Whether you’re looking to improve your digital independence or just keep up with the modern world, this class will guide you step by step in a friendly and supportive environment.
What You’ll Learn:
- Organising files and folders more efficiently
- Using web browsers and search engines more effectively
- Understanding cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive, OneDrive)
- Creating and editing documents with confidence (Word, Google Docs etc.)
- Email tips and tricks, including attachments and folders
- Introduction to online safety and staying secure
- Customising settings to suit your needs
Who It’s For:
This session is ideal for those who have completed a beginners' digital skills class or already feel comfortable with the basics (turning on a computer, using a mouse and keyboard, opening programmes, etc.).
What to Bring:
All equipment will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own laptop if you prefer. Please bring your email login details (if you have one).
