Digital Breakthrough South East is a new fully-funded government service for manufacturers which will show you how digital technologies can be used in your business to reduce order lead times, improve planning and scheduling to save time and money, improve communication across business functions, increase visibility of activities from sales to production to goods out, manage and reduce raw material and energy costs.

During this briefing webinar we will:

Introduce digital manufacturing and the benefits of Industry 4.0

Provide an overview of the programme aims and objectives

Introduce the self-assessment and roadmap tools that we will be using

Share some recent examples from businesses who have started their digital journey.

Digital Breakthrough South East aims to give you and your team a great deal of understanding of the right digital technologies for your business, and confidence to invest in the right way in the short, medium and longer terms. You will develop your own business digital roadmap using tried and tested tools and also learn how other companies are building collaboration with their workforce to achieve substantial improvements in productivity and competitiveness. On-site and regional workshops (two half days) at convenient locations will start in late January and continue into March. Regular online workshops will also be available in this period.
