Investing in digital skills is a must for every business at this time, but many businesses are yet to address this issue at senior executive and Board levels.
We are currently running a Digital Leadership programme that aims to provide an effective and successful means of achieving those skills. Serveral businesses have signed up to the programme, but we are also opening up the indvdual workshops to all businesses to attend. This is workshop will focus on Customer Experience.
