Digital Development - Strategic Positioning

Digital innovations and their impact on businesses and organisations are around us every day. We all can recognise how swiftly the advent of big data, analytics, cloud computing, social media, the Internet of Things and mobile are already overturning conventional ways of doing business.
Investing in digital skills is a must for every business at this time, but many businesses are yet to address this issue at senior executive and Board levels.
We are currently running a Digital Leadership programme that aims to provide an effective and successful means of achieving those skills. Serveral businesses have signed up to the programme, but we are also opening up the indvdual workshops to all businesses to attend. This is workshop will focus on Strategic Positioning
How does your business use digital to gain competitive advantage and growth? A session led by Andy Skarzynski will look at using digital marketing at strategic level to understand where your value proposition fits best and how customers respond to your marketing.
Andy Skarzynski is an experienced and entrepreneurial commercial leader with significant expertise in sales, marketing, communications, e-commerce and change management. Andy has a great understanding of digital in both infrastructure and culture challenges. He has worked across a range of businesses and sectors including blue-chip corporates, full-service advertising agencies, retail, not-for-profit, SME-turnaround and online start-up.
