How do I know if my interest has been accepted?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an email from Engine by Starling with your official valid ticket confirming your place at the event. If you haven't received this email, then we are unable to accommodate you this time. Engine by Starling and the Partners of this event reserve all rights on final decision.

Do I need a Money20/20 Asia ticket to attend?

Accepted Answer

You don’t need a Money20/20 Asia ticket in order to attend this event, but please note it is still subject to availability.

Question 3

Will there be Wi-Fi available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is guest Wi-Fi on-site.

Question 4

Are food and drinks provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There will be refreshments (coffee, tea, soft drinks and light snacks) available throughout the afternoon. After the content sessions, there will be a drinks reception with a selection of drinks and canapés available.

Question 5

When should I arrive to the venue?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive between 16:00 - 16:45 to leave plenty of room to sign in, get through security and network with your peers. Content sessions start strictly at 17:00.

Question 6

I have a meeting during the sessions, is there a private room I can take my call in?

Accepted Answer

There are no private meeting rooms available, but you may use the sofas in shared facilities on the floor.

Question 7

I can no longer attend, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

If you can no longer attend, please respond to the email address from which your email confirmation was sent from to let us know. Additionally, if you'd like a colleague to take your place, please share their name and contact details with us in that email.

Question 8

Is there public transportation available?

Accepted Answer

You can take the Blue Line and get off at Phetchaburi, or take the  ARL and get off at Makkasan and walk a few minutes to the venue. You can also get the following bus lines with drop offs within 10 minutes walking distance of the venue: 3-3 EV, 1-40 REG, 3-30 AC, 1-56 EV, and 2-18E EV.

Unfortunately no. This is an exclusive event and attendance is subject to availability. We will turn away anyone without a valid email confirmation.
