Event description

Description

Digital Health & Social Care will explore how we can harness technology to improve people's lives

How can we use technology to help the elderly and vulnerable stay safe, well and independent for longer in their own homes? Can we give those with chronic diseases real-time support, kowledge and ownership over their health? Can techology integrate and improve the journey from hospital to home after an admission? Can the power of data and AI enable the health and care system to predict and prevent health crises?

For a flavour of this event visit last year's Digital Health & Social Care event hub.

This event is free to attend for the public sector and accredited for five hours CPD
