Digital disruption is taking place in most sectors from the use of GPS on farm machinery to 3D modelling in the construction industry but how is technology changing the way HR teams manage their workloads?
Technology is now part of everyday life and can support many HR activities from the use of social media during recruitment campaigns to digital tools to streamline back office procedures. Low-cost tools are also changing how Learning and Development is supported in the workplace.
During this interactive workshop, we will be exploring how digital tools can Lighten the Load for HR practitioners.

Chris Hickey from Charlton Associates
Charlton Associates are a local company supporting organisations with their HR functions including recruitment, training and development, coaching, mentoring and also managing things when they go wrong. They have their own HR software that clients can sign up for and Chris will demonstrate how this helps lighten the load.
Andrew Pearce from agathonhr
