Digital identity has dominated the headlines in recent months, from government plans for a mandatory digital ID to tackle illegal working, to the addition of digital Veterans Cards in the GOV.UK Wallet, and the imminent changes to Mandatory Licensing Conditions that will, for the first time, allow alcohol to be purchased in person using a digital ID.
But what’s real, what’s rumour, and how does it actually work in practice?
Join us for an evening that cuts through the noise to explain what digital identity really means: how it’s created, verified, and used safely on your own mobile device. You’ll even have the opportunity to obtain and use your own digital identity during the session.
