About this event

Digital Inclusion is a service providing digital advocacy for servicers users to assist them in achieving goals that result in an overall better wellbeing. Support can include making calls or sending emails on their behalf, filling in forms, fixing or setting up technical equipment (laptops, tablets, and mobile phones) Digital Inclusion can also offer low charge or free internet/mobile credit and data. If Eligible, service users can access free modem installation.

Digital Inclusion will run a two-hour session known as “Digital Inclusion @ Southwark Wellbeing Hub” The session will be taking place at The Southwark Resource Centre (The Southwark Wellbeing Hub) and will involve one session every second and fourth week of the month.

Southwark residents will gain support around their technical issues and barriers as means for managing and improving wellbeing by assisting with form-filling, sending emails, technical barriers and issues relating to phones, laptops, tablets, accessing the internet and such. This service facilitated by Digital Inclusion should be accessible for beginners as well as different languages and literacy levels.


*Please note this is a first come first serve service. Service users who show up first will be seen first. Sessions should last around 30mins each.
