The Digital Learning team promote and support the best use of technology at the University to enhance the student learning experience. We are all about connecting ideas, people and expertise, as well as making high quality and impactful learning resources.

To support this the Digital Learning team are running a new series of events to share tips, good practice and innovative education examples from across the University from staff and students.

You also have the opportunity to find about new learning technologies and how these are enhancing student education.

- Challenges and opportunities - migrating an online course from Moodle to Blackboard (Tamsyn Smith)

This presentation will cover migration and re-design of the Online MA including the approach to revising resources and improving the accessibility of materials to enhance the student experience. It will also discuss the challenges encountered, as well as drawing out aspects from the project to make recommendations for courses seeking to undertake similar course re-design projects. (note: this presentation was also delivered at the University eLearning Symposium on 25th January by Tamsyn and Charlotte Everitt)

- Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality: learn about some of the resources and projects at the University and try out some of the kit.
