We’re delighted to partner with CLIA to explore the digital challenges and opportunities that are facing the cruise industry today. We will explore and unravel how certain technologies are contributing to current industry dynamics – in terms of threats from tech-enabled non specialists, the rise of mobile searches for cruise and the spike in smart phone penetration for the over 50’s. Conversely, we will explore the opportunities that digital technology presents for addressing the slowing growth in the UK and how a greater focus on UX and content marketing can drive increased offline sales.
