Bringing together a combination of Marketing Experts within their field to help businesses with their digital marketing.

The world of Digital Marketing is a moving feast! We work in the industry and we know how rapidly things are changing and how much we have to keep on top of our game, therefore, for business owners we understand how complex and overwhelming it must all seem!

As a result, three experts in their field are coming together for three hours to give you advice on your digital marketing.

During the workshop we will be asking questions about, and working with you on:

  • Is your Digital Marketing Strategy working?
  • Does your website do what you want it to? 
  • How do you create content and are you making the most of it?
  • Do you understand the importance of Search Engine Optimisation and are you doing it?
  • Social Media – Who, What, When and Where? Are you encouraging engagement that ultimately leads to business?

The workshop is an interactive session working on YOUR digital marketing. We will be asking lots of questions, getting to understand your business and its requirements so that you walk away with an understanding of how and what to design, develop and change in order for your Digital Marketing to be a success. Choose between a morning or afternoon session and there will of course be plenty of cake for everyone!

Meet The Experts:

Tim Brown

Tim is a local entrepreneur and has been involved in design and online marketing for over thirteen years. He owns and runs a digital marketing agency called Media Identity who specialise particularly in the engineering and technical industries.

Over the past thirteen years Tim has worked in, for and with design agencies both locally and in London and is at the cutting edge of all the latest techniques when it comes to marketing businesses online. 

The strategies that are used in the biggest of businesses can be applied to and work for small to medium sized companies and Tim will take you through the basic steps to making your website work FOR you, generating interest, enquiries and ultimately converting more visitors into customers.

Laura Varey

Laura is an innovative and creative marketer with over 15 years marketing experience in the Strategic, Design, Management and Execution of marketing and PR campaigns across a number of industries. 

With a BA Hons in Business Management and a CIM Marketing Diploma, Laura is well qualified to help your business grow. Prior to founding Jigsaw Media & Communications, Laura spent 5 years as a strategic product manager within a blue chip garden chemical company. Previous years were spent working for Bosch as a creative PR & marketing manager-delivering thought provoking national and global campaigns. During her time in the corporate world, Laura also won several industry-marketing awards for her creative abilities.

Through using this past experience Laura has the ability to devise marketing strategies for businesses using a combination of digital marketing, and offline – printed marketing in order to achieve results. Coupled with this, Laura writes creative content for businesses that draws you customers into your websites and converts them in to leads for you.

During the seminar, Laura will take you through the importance of your marketing strategy and how to utilise creative content and social media to grow your business!

Allan Love

Allan Love (a.k.a “The SEO Ninja”) has been working in the world of Search Engine Optimisation since 2008. It all started when he had his own online courier business and was looking to get traffic to his own website.

Several months of paying so-called “SEO Experts” to help him rank better in the search engines resulted in no traffic gains but plenty of dents in the bank account. This was the point when Allan said, “If I want this SEO stuff done properly, then I’m going to have to do it myself”.

After attending some rather expensive SEO training courses, Allan started to see some good results on his online courier website with the amount of organic traffic on the increase month after month; and decided to start working with small business owners to help them with the SEO on their own websites, getting good growth in terms of organic traffic and increasing the rankings of sites that sold Double Glazing, Fire Safety Services and Equipment, Weight Loss Hypnotherapy and even Personal Fitness.
