Event Details

Digital agency Friday and technology advisory firm Gartner are teaming up to host a breakfast roundtable for senior digital leaders in organisations from the Construction and Built Environment sector.

Friday has been studying the digital maturity of large organisations for five years, and has refined a model for assessing organisational digital maturity. Through this roundtable discussion we'll adapt our Digital Maturity Model to reflect the patterns in this sector - and share the resulting model with all attendees.

Through a structured but informal Chatham House discussion, we are inviting a small group of participants to share and compare digital maturity stories from their organisations.

Topics for discussion will include:

  • Which businesses are best placed to take advantage of the proliferation of data-enabled devices throughout the supply chain?

  • How are organisations harnessing this data to create new propositions and business models?

  • Are real time analytics, augmented reality and remote monitoring changing the way staff and customers use digital services?

  • How are companies reorganising themselves to take advantage of digital opportunities?

Roundtable format and who should attend:

This roundtable is exclusively for senior digital leaders, with responsibility for driving strategic change.

It is most beneficial for change agents wanting to make useful connections and benefit from sharing ideas with those facing similar challenges. It's an opportunity to meet and speak with exemplars from across your industry, and openly share best practice, learning and experience.

Former attendees have included Heads of Technology, Heads of Digital and Chief Information Officers.

Attendee numbers are restricted due to the conversational nature of the roundtable. From experience, Friday have found that an open discussion format works best for a small group of peers. We would kindly ask that agencies do not apply for a ticket.

Friday transform the customer experience of established organisations at speed by digitising the products and services their customers use everyday. We do it quickly, transparently, and in increments, for constant movement in the right direction.

Our roundtables are designed to spark discussion amongst peers about digital ambition, and the hurdles faced in making digital progress. Join us for an informal breakfast to share best practice, learning and experiences.

These small get togethers are a great opportunity for senior stakeholders with responsibility for driving strategic change, to connect and share their stories of digital “wins” and challenges with other thought leaders.
