This webinar will cover getting a community heritage collection online. We'll look at cataloguing standards, software and best practice.

About this event

How can you provide access to your heritage collection online? Do you need a digital catalogue? What are the software options – from free to funded? This workshop will give an overview of the process, discuss common misconceptions, share tips from experienced groups, and offer a golden rule.

Jack Latimer has helped over 150 groups set up online catalogues and websites for 20 years through his company CommunitySites. He is a committee member of the Community Archives and Heritage Group and led the expert team that wrote the Community Archive Cataloguing Guidelines.
