We ask that everyone attending this workshop bring along their laptop to get the most out of this session. In an ever-changing digital world, it can be hard to keep up sometimes. You might find that you're not the most tech-savy or that you struggle with certain software. Our FREE Multiply workshop can help you with this! This short workshop will teach or help improve your basic digital skills so that you can be digitally confident at work.

Content may include:

  • What do Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook do? What are the best ways to use them?
  • How to navigate webpages, open browsers and surf the web with confidence
  • How do you use PowerPoint

This workshop will last 2 hours, tea/coffee and biscuits will be avaliable on arrival and lunch will run 1:30pm - 2:00pm.

Multiply is a national campaign funded by the UK Government to help improve people’s confidence with numbers.

Eligibility:
• Do you live and work in Hertfordshire?
• Are you 19+ years old?
