NEAA member Applied Integration are excited to host the Digital Smart Factory Open Day, where they’ll showcase the cutting-edge technologies and solutions that are transforming their manufacturing processes. The event will feature live demonstrations and insightful presentations with a focus on automation, robotics, and AI-driven processes. Here’s what you can expect:

Live Demonstrations:
Applied Integration staff will be on hand to demonstrate live applications using the various technologies we’ve integrated into our factory processes. You can expect the following:
- Palletizing: Watch as our Fanuc robot arm demonstrates palletizing capabilities, efficiently stacking items and optimising storage solutions.
- Line Side Delivery: See how automated systems ensure the right parts and materials are delivered directly to the production line, minimising downtime and boosting productivity.
- Picking and Sorting: Picking and sorting processes, showcasing how automation enhances accuracy and speed in material handling.
- AMRs in Action: We’ll also be showcasing several Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), including MiR’s cutting-edge models, demonstrating how these robots navigate through the factory to transport materials safely and efficiently.
Food & Networking:
Lunch will be served at 12:00 PM, offering an excellent opportunity for networking and informal discussions with our suppliers and partners.
