Patricia Terer Perez from the Central Foundation and North West London Trust and Anne Addison from Great Ormond Street Hospital Developmental and Augmentative Communication Service will talk about assessing for and using technology to help children with mild and complex needs access the curriuculum and communicate. Using practical demonstrations and videos these two dynamic and experienced OTs talk about their different services. Practical advice will be given and discussion about assessments and access devices as well as apps for use at home, in clinics and in both mainstream and special schools. This promises to be a very valuable lecture.
