Part 1: Hosted by Sarah Talbot, Emerging Technologies Lead at Swindon Borough Council
- How the award-winning council is enhancing the safeguarding of citizen data and managing significant growth in Free School Meals Applications with the help of its digital workforce.
- The smart end-to-end process, including information checks across various systems including DoE portals and CapitaOne.
- The front-end technologies involved in the process to capture data submitted by parents and carers.
- Lessons learnt over the course of the project, challenges faced and how these were overcome.
Part 2: Hosted by Martyn Perry, Associate Director of IM&T Transformation at MPFT
- How the trust deployed RPA to orchestrate a large-scale migration of 6.5 million records deriving out of disparate systems, cross-referencing data with the NHS ‘Spine’ before moving the expansive data set into the one-up-to-date system.
- Secondly, how MFPT used RPA to automate patient document uploads into its clinical system, resulting in a time saving of 10 clinical hours per day.
- Lessons learnt over the course of the projects, challenges faced and how these were overcome.
