About this event

How we represent our organisation is often called 'Digital Twins' or operating models. This is as a component in the oversight and performance improvement of larger organisations. The scope for this ranges Visio and PowerPoint diagrams, to highly accurate dynamic models that use real-time data. In between is a rich world of scenario playing with live managed policies, processes, procedures, operations, and know-how.

This discussion session gives a more applied view of the benefits and challenges of using static and dynamic digital representations in real world settings. It gets quite complex and definitely confused when terminology is misquoted and meanings mixed up.

This discussion parallel's the other sessions on business transformation and organisation culture and personal communications styles.

It draws upon the thirty plus years of senior experience shared through this session from the UK, USA, EU. and Asia Pacific. Projects from the largest and most critical, to the smallest. At the end of the session you will have a foundation of knowledge around Digital Twining, governance, operating models, simulation, process management and their effective use.
