Event description
Join our expert Philippa Leary for a 1:1 advice session, if you struggle to get residents to access/engage with your services online.

About this event

Working to provide services online over the last year has put every organisation under strain. But it has been acutely difficult for those groups working with residents and members who don't choose to or can't use /access digital services.

Superhighways is offering time limited support just for our Kingston groups who have struggled to get residents to access/engage with your services online.

Book yourself or a member of your staff team on our free one to one advice session. You may need some help with:

• Practice rehearsal of how to set up an online meeting , share a screen , create breakout room using Zoom or MS Teams. This is one to one training for anyone who isn't confident moving through these tasks.

• A space to discuss some of the issue you have encountered around digital inclusion this past year

• Advice on some new activities you might try online

• Training resources to share
