Would you like to explore some ideas and tips on how to look after your work-life balance in digital settings and how can we use digital tools to promote our wellbeing?

Come along to our ‘Digital wellbeing’ session, we will have a few apps for you to try, e.g. Noisli, Pomodoro timer, DuckDuckGo and many others! Facilitated by the CIE (Centre for Innovation in Education) team.

This event is part of the University of Liverpool's Wellbeing Week, held from 30th April - 4th May 2018.
