Event description

Description

The 2017 DigitalAgenda Impact Awards, sponsored by Nominet Trust, celebrate digital innovations that improve lives and the world around us. The awards take place at London’s Barbican Centre on Thursday March 2 2017.

An afternoon awards ceremony at the 250-seat Frobisher Auditorium recognises digital innovation across 12 categories. We’ll hear from award-winning entrepreneurs working to make a difference through their digital products and services. And our evening after-party in the Barbican’s conservatory gives everyone a chance to celebrate the winners and to meet great people who want to improve the world through technology.

Speakers

Sir Tim Smit - co-founder, Eden Project
Mike Bracken - head of digital, Co-op
Sue Black - Techmums/Saving Bletchley Park
Team from BBC2's Big Life Fix
Nominet Trust innovator showcase

Hosts: Oli Barrett MBE and Julian Blake.

We have 12 awards:

  • Education
  • Employment & skills
  • Health
  • Money

The awards are open to all UK-founded or operating organisations – business, non-profit or public sector – with a life-changing tech product or service.

Our awards jury has drawn up a shortlist of three for each of the 12 categories. Read the shortlist.

Guests at the Barbican will join 250 senior-level entrepreneurs, investors and more, along with award nominees, guests and members of the UK-wide DigitalAgenda network.
