Dignity and Respect at Work
Innovative, drama-based training to improve interpersonal behaviour and reduce bullying, harassment and incivility in the workplace. Delegates will consider bullying v banter in the workplace, the power of perspectives, the concept of civility, and how to challenge inappropriate behaviours once they are identified.
Our experiential and interactive training programme includes dramatised content delivered by professional actors, alongside electronic voting, group exercises, and skilful facilitation.
Overview
North East and Yorkshire region are excited to bring you a series of Inclusive Leadership workshops, Leading Leaders and Managers Through Positive Change and Mindsets, working along with our delivery partner Enact Solutions we will be using realistic, dramatised content, electronic polling, and facilitated group exercises and discussions, learners will explore the key elements of Inclusive Leadership, practicing and developing the associated behaviors ready for leading their teams in their own organisation
Aims
• Explore the need for leaders, managers and staff across North East and Yorkshire region and ICS footprints to develop an inclusive mindset to get the most from a diverse workforce.
• Present realistic scenarios to raise awareness of and examine potentially detrimental leadership behaviours.
• Develop practical skills to enable leaders to better manage and leverage diverse talent
• Encourage individual responsibility in upholding equality and diversity; and
• Enable leaders to reflect on their learning and translate it to their own working environments, including action planning for personal change
