The workplace has become a more pressured and diverse place for many people. The expectation that employees will know how, and want, to treat each other with dignity and respect is an assumption. Good relations between people at work require more than just policies to make them real. Often human resource professionals are expected to deal with poor behaviour without the knowledge, skills and competence to take the right action or make good decision. This learning session is an opportunity to have some discussion about this.
The focus will be on the role of human resource professionals in ensuring that ‘dignity at work’ is understood and maintained for all employees. The event will be delivered by BRAP (Birmingham Race Action Partnership)
