Mae'r sector iechyd a gofal, sy'n diwallu anghenion ein cymunedau ac yn rhoi gwaith i'n trigolion, yn ddiwydiant allweddol yng Ngogledd Cymru.

Mewn partneriaeth â'r diwydiant, mae'r Coleg wedi datblygu cyfres o raglenni datblygu staff noddedig a gynlluniwyd i gwrdd ag anghenion y rhai sy'n gweithio ym maes iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol heddiw.

Mae'r digwyddiad yn agored i berchnogion, rheolwyr neu arweinwyr yn y sector iechyd a gofal, yn ogystal â rhai sy'n gweithio yn y diwydiant ac sydd â diddordeb mewn datblygiad proffesiynol parhaus.

Yn ogystal â gwybodaeth am yr amrywiaeth o gyrsiau a chyllid sydd ar gael, cânt hefyd frecwast am ddim a chyfle i rwydweithio.

Rhaglenni Hyfforddi ym maes Iechyd a Gofal:
Gall dwy raglen a ariennir gan Gronfa Gymdeithasol Ewrop helpu darparwyr i gwrdd â'r safonau gofal a'r heriau sy'n wynebu busnesau yn yr oes sydd ohoni. Nod y rhaglenni, sy'n meithrin sgiliau lefel uwch ac yn cynnig hyfforddiant a seiliwyd ar arferion gorau'r diwydiant, yw cyflwyno gwybodaeth yn gryno er mwyn galluogi'r cynrychiolwyr i reoli'n effeithiol eu hymrwymiadau o ran gwaith, bywyd ac astudio. Dyma'r rhaglenni:

1. Modiwlau Addysg Uwch ym maes Iechyd a Gofal:
Amrediad o bynciau sy'n ymwneud â gofal ac a fydd yn galluogi datblygu adnoddau hyfforddi gwerthfawr yn fewnol er mwyn lleihau costau a chynnig hyblygrwydd i gyd-fynd ag anghenion busnesau. Fel rheol, mae'r cyrsiau hyn yn para 15 wythnos ac fe'u hachredir gan Brifysgol Bangor. Ymhlith y pynciau mae technoleg gynorthwyol, rheoli ymddygiad ac iechyd meddwl.

2. Arwain a Rheoli:
Gan ganolbwyntio ar eich busnes, bydd mentor busnes a ariennir yn llawn yn cael ei neilltuo i weithio gyda chi er mwyn dadansoddi'ch anghenion hyfforddi. Yng Ngham 2, caiff eich staff allweddol ddilyn modiwlau dewisol ym maes arwain a rheoli. Bydd y modiwlau hyn yn uniongyrchol berthnasol i anghenion eich sefydliad.

The health & care sector is a key North Wales industry, supporting the needs of our community and providing employment to our residents.

In partnership with the industry, the College has developed a range of subsidised staff development programmes that are designed to meet the training needs of today’s health & social care professionals.

Our event is open to owners, managers or leaders in the health & care sector, as well as people working in the industry who have an interest in continued professional development.

Alongside information on the range of courses and funding available, they’ll also be a free breakfast and an opportunity to network.

Health & Care Training Programmes:
Two European Social Funded programmes can help care providers meet modern care standards and business challenges. Pitched at higher level skills, and offering training based on industry best practice, they are designed to deliver knowledge in a concise format enabling delegates to effectively manage work, life and study commitments. The programmes are:

1. Health & Care Higher Education Modules:
A range of care subjects enabling valuable training resources to be developed in-house to reduce costs and offer flexibility to fit around business need. Typically, these courses are 15 weeks in duration and accredited by Bangor University – subjects include assistive technology, behavioural management, mental health and more.

2. Leadership & Management:
Focusing on your business, a fully-funded business mentor is assigned to work with you preparing a tailored training needs analysis. Phase 2 engages your key staff on optional leadership and management modules directly related to your organisation’s needs.
