Dining out can be an unnecessary worry if you are on a diet or health conscious, so ‘Dining on a Diet’ is designed to help banish any social pressure when socialising, by offering a delicious menu, which you and all your friends will want to taste.
The 5-course taster- menu, has been specifically tailored to cater for you, by Chef Patron Joanna Betts. With a lifetime of experience in the industry, Joanna has built up a substantial reputation by demonstrating an extensive repertoire of skill and technique.
North Bar & Kitchen prides itself on providing cooked-from-scratch dishes using fresh produce sourced from local suppliers. With daily deliveries of fresh produce and specially chosen fresh fish and meat from independent local suppliers, North Bar & Kitchen has an open kitchen so customers can see all their dishes and sides being cooked by hand from scratch.
The ‘Dining on a Diet’ menu has a variety of flavour combinations, with each one complimenting each other, and each dish is carefully executed by using exciting cooking techniques, which are designed to enhance the fusion of flavours, colours and different textures of each alluring course.
By collaborating with Joe Hanney and U Fit Studio, each ingredient has been carefully considered to educate our customers that you can still enjoy a fantastic evening out, ‘guilt free’.
We want to put the emphasis on the importance of a well -balanced diet, essentially eliminating intense calorie counting. – Healthy eating has never looked or tasted so good.
North Bar and Kitchen invite customers to enjoy fine ‘Dining on a Diet’, with the confidence that the diet does not have to start again tomorrow. The menu below is specific to this event, however North welcome customers who would prefer a healthy option - with advance notice North can reasonably accommodate most requests.
