Supper Clubs, Secret dining, Closed door restaurants? Whatever you want to call them, there's something about the exclusivity and mystery that surrounds them that ignites the imagination. The idea of a menu that lasts one night and is only to be tasted by a small group of consumers is an exciting one.
Good diners clubs achieve an almost perfect balance of venue and theme. With this in mind I have created a menu which will hold significance to anyone living and working in the North West of England, as well as introducing our fine produce to those from further afield. Encompassing fantastic meat, fruit and vegetables that have been sourced within 200 miles of the city, prepared by myself and a small team of chefs trained in the classical french style. The planned menu is available to view here, and a vegetarian main course can be provided if required.
I want to create a diners club that will appeal to professionals in the Liverpool City Region, allowing for a blend of socialising and networking over excellent food and wine. With this in mind I have chosen a venue that not only reflects the exclusivity of a diners club but is unique in being designed as a space where people from all sectors of business are able to connect.
The evening will include three courses of fine dining prepared with the best ingredients that the region has to offer at a cost of £35 per person and include a glass of prosecco on arrival. Places are limited to maintain exclusivity and due to the availability of this top quality local produce. Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks, water will be provided. Contact Michael Carey at email@example.com with any enquiries or dietary requirements.
Ziferblat is a new kind of pay per minute social work space where everything is free except the time you spend there. They cater for all kinds of meetings and events with their themed rooms including miniature faux british houses and I am delighted to be partnering with them in this venture.
