On Thursday 2nd February 2017 join us for an entertaining and fun evening where you will learn about, and taste the finest free range Dingley Dell Pork & Aspall's Cyder of the highest quality matched with a fabulous 3 course menu from head chef Harry.
Your evening will begin with a welcome drink and talk from Aspall representative David Wood who will talk you through the history of Aspall and you will get to sample the whole Aspall range. This will then be followed by a talk from Mark Hayward of Dingley Dell who will take you through the history of the farm, celebrating the pig and its' journey from the farm to the plate, passion of all involved, the artistry of the master butcher and discuss how to prepare & cook a range of pork dishes, which you will then enjoy over dinner.
