We’re pleased to announce that the DRS charity open day will take place at our Kingmoor Depot, Carlisle on Saturday 6 July 10am – 4pm.

The much-awaited event returns to welcome you behind the scenes of a rail freight depot. Bring the family along for a great day out and learn about all things DRS. Our friendly team and industry experts will be guiding you through locomotives and the depot and will be happy to answer any questions.

All money raised from the event goes to our sponsorship and donations fund, supporting many charities and local causes throughout the year.

Important information:

This is a ticketed event only, walk-ins are not available. Tickets must be bought in advance via Eventbrite and will be checked at the front gate by our Security team.
Bags may be checked upon entry. Do not bring any bags larger than A4.
Under 16 tickets are free (please ensure you book a free ticket) but must be accompanied at all times.
Strictly no parking at the depot. We have a limited amount of disabled parking available. Please email communications@ntsglobal to request an application form.

No hi-vis clothing to be worn by visitors.
No smoking, alcohol or drugs on-site.
No offensive weapons on-site.
No use of drones on-site.
Sensible footwear to be worn.
No dogs are allowed, except guide dogs.
