Directions for Men: Peer Support Group: St Mary Magdalene Church Centre

Directions For Men provides groups for men to come and talk about whatever is affecting their mental health. We support each other through difficult times and share what helped us when we were struggling. The peer support group at St Mary’s provides a safe and supportive space where men come together to support each other’s mental health and wellbeing. Light refreshments are provided each week. The group does not run on bank holidays. Free to attend, just turn up.
