Black South West Network Community Building Team and VOSCUR are pleased to invite you to a 30 mins online briefing on the changes relating to Directors’ Identity Checks.
About the organisers
BSWN is a racial justice organisation with over 15+ years of experience working in the South West to enable Black and Minoritised communities, businesses, and the community sector to take action against racial systemic inequality.
About this event
From the Autumn 2025, it will be a legal requirement for ALL directors of companies and community interest companies to have their identity checked either to become or to remain a director on Companies House.
