Disability Awareness Training (CPD accredited)

This training is offered by an established Supported Employment provider with extensive real world experience supporting autistic people and adults with learning disabilities into paid, sustainable, and meaningful employment.

Delivered by a qualified trainer with lived experience, offering genuine insight into the realities, strengths, barriers, and misunderstandings that can arise in the workplace.

Delivered online, the session is designed to be interactive, with opportunities to take part in activities, ask questions, and most importantly reflect at the end on how to take the learning forward.
