Disability Equality and Customer Service Training Open Session
Overview
Disability Equality & Customer Service Training
Our Disability Equality & Customer Service Training is Attitude is Everything’s foundation course in disability equality. It provides a shared understanding of disability, rights and responsibilities, and the practical steps organisations can take to remove barriers.
Although often associated with front-of-house or customer-facing roles, this course is designed for anyone who works with people. Disabled people are everywhere: within workforces, among artists, performers, technicians, volunteers and freelance staff, as well as audiences, customers, family and friends. Inclusive communication and accessible practice are therefore relevant across all roles and departments.
There will be no more than 20 people in each session with break out rooms for topic discussion. Register now and join us for this informative and engaging training .
