Disability History Month Workshop
About this event
To acknowledge Disability History Month, between 18 November and 18 December, The History Faculty Disability Working Group has organised a student-led workshop showcasing the research undertaken by students in the Faculty.
It will take place on Tuesday 30 November from 11:00-13:00 in the Lecture Theatre, Faculty of History, Oxford and also online via Zoom. In-person numbers are limited so book your tickets early.
Book your online place here.
Afterwards there will be tea and coffee in the Common Room which will be the perfect opportunity to socialise and ask the speakers more about their research topics!
Five student speakers will be giving short papers covering a variety of research topics ranging from childhood experiences, blindness and the long-term effects of chemical warfare and there will be plenty of time for questions.
We hope to see many of you there for what should be a very interesting workshop!
