About this Event
This event is designed to help parents of sixth form students learn more about the Disabled Student Allowance(DSA) that provides supports for students with additional needs heading to University. Please note this event is also suitable for parents of children in lower sixth.
DSA is available for students with a special educational need and or disability, this also includes mental health conditions. The supports for full time courses are worth up to £31k per learner and there is no requirement to pay back.
The event will take place at via zoom and comprise of a 20 minute presentation followed by a question and answer session.
The DSA application process can be very complex and we look forward to providing you with key information to support applications.
