Disadvantaged Strategic Planning Workshop

This hands-on workshop is designed specifically to support headteachers and school leaders in reviewing and strengthening their statutory Pupil Premium strategy. Participants will gain practical tools and tailored guidance to align their strategy with DfE expectations while also developing clear, evidence-informed priorities for their school improvement action plans.
