With over 25 years’ experience as a leader, Sian has led a diverse range of schools most recently as Executive Headteacher of a federation.
As a local leader of education, Sian has extensive experience supporting school improvement across Devon. She has particular expertise in SEND, inclusion, curriculum leadership and provision to support disadvantaged children and their families. Sian is a qualified coach and mentor and is passionate about developing people and teams, particularly within a leadership context. She is a professional partner working for the Devon a Head Service and supports Headteacher performance management for the Diocese.
Sian enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, running, and walking her two dogs.
