Event Details

This is an event for Christian Youth Workers to explore the subject of Discipling Young People.  During the day we will be exploring the why and how’s of Youth Discipleship; exploring the root of discipleship, thinking broadly and dynamically about the discipleship that we offer to young people and how to make this effective and engaging for our young people.

Ian Macdonald is our guest speaker for the event. He is the Oxford Diocese Youth Advisor and is passionate about the whole experience and challenge of being a journeying disciple of Jesus, exploring what embracing ‘life in all its fullness” is all about.

If you would prefer to purchase your ticket using cheque or cash, please contact us directly and we will make the necessary arrangements with you.

Wycombe Youth For Christ

We are a dynamic and innovative Christian faith based charity that has been working with children and young people in High Wycombe for over twenty-five years. We are passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children and young people. Our mission is to take and be good news, in relevant ways, to children and young people in High Wycombe and the surrounding area.

We are involved in Children’s and Youth Ministry in a multitude of different settings. A large proportion of our work is based within Primary and Secondary Schools; alongside this we aim to help and support the Children’s, Youth and Family Ministries in local churches and support town-wide events. We have strong links in the community and work in partnership with churches and charities.
