About this event
- Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes
Columinity brings to light what often remains beneath the surface: what people truly experience in their team, where collaboration gets stuck, and what’s already working but underutilized. Just as important, it highlights where the most significant opportunities for improvement lie.
Columinity offers teams three scientific models for self-diagnosis. Each model approaches teamwork from a slightly different angle and identifies factors contributing to overall team effectiveness. The models overlap partially, so each one adds to the richness of the data available for your team.
In this interactive session, you’ll explore how these models help uncover team dynamics and guide improvement:
1️⃣ Agile Team Effectiveness – for teams working in an Agile context
2️⃣ Teamwork Quality – reveals whether you're truly operating as a team
3️⃣ Agile Mindset – focuses on learning ability, self-management, and organizational culture
We’ll demonstrate how the models work in practice. You’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your context and see how these models reveal different yet complementary insights.
No model captures every nuance of teamwork; the only way to find out what works is to try. Columinity is free for individual teams, so you can explore all three models. Even if a model doesn’t seem like a perfect fit at first, it often sparks valuable insights.
