This hands-on taster day is also Day 1 of our full Hypnotherapy Training. If you decide to continue onto the Foundation or Diploma course, your fee will be fully refunded.

This course is not suitable if you:❌ Have severe mental health issues (e.g. psychosis, panic disorder, clinical depression)❌ Have epilepsy (especially if triggered by relaxation or sleep)❌ Have a neurological condition that makes it hard to focus or follow instructions
