The next in our Discover Lecture series, this event showcases some of the current research around autism and learning disabilities.

About this Event

Part of the Discover lecture series from autism research charity Autistica. This event showcases some of the current research around autism and learning disabilities.

Around 40% of autistic people have a learning disability, compared with just 1% of people without autism

Around 10% of people with a learning disability are autistic, compared with just 1% of people without a learning disability.

Research into people who are autistic and have co-occurring learning disabilities is a top research priority for autistic people and their families.

Who should attend?

Autistic adults and family members, researchers, education and healthcare professionals are all welcome.
