Welcome to our Discover Mindfulness for Everyday Life event!
Join Navine for a free 1-hour in-person workshop at the Greenwich Centre Library and learn simple, practical ways to bring mindfulness into your daily routine. Together, we’ll explore how mindfulness can help you navigate the ups and downs of everyday life with greater ease and presence.
As part of this event, you’ll also hear about the opportunity to continue your journey with a free 8-week Foundations in Mindfulness course, as well as details of our second free workshop focused on Stress Relief.
