On Purpose is an international community of professionals using their careers to create positive change in the world. We believe in putting purpose before profit and develop leaders for the social and environmental impact space, working with professionals from a range of backgrounds to help them transition their career to do work that matters.

The Associate Programme is a year-long leadership programme that combines on-the-ground experience in two purpose-driven organisations with a first-class learning and development programme, and support from mentors, an executive coach and a community of like-minded people. The Programme enables you to use the skills and experience you've developed in your working life and apply them to a new sector, whilst developing a network in this space.

Our introduction webinar gives you the chance to hear more about the Programme and meet some of our Associates and Fellows who will share their experience of On Purpose and the careers they are establishing in the social and environmental impact space.
