Your Apple iPhone camera is just like any other camera, except you always have it with you. Our iPhone photography course is suitable for anyone who wants to get to grips with their phone camera settings. Develop your creativity whilst learning how to use the settings and functions on your mobile phone with this great interactive half day course.
The course includes an expert phone photographer led presentation and discussion to guide you through various ways of improving your photography using your iPhone, such as techniques to strengthen the composition in your frame, we will discuss how light can add mood to your images and help you to develop narrative in your images.
We will also take a look at using some of the more advanced settings for shooting in challenging lighting environments such as low-light and on extremely bright days alongside Portraiture, Still Life and Landscape Photography using the cameras filters and exposure modes to help you improve your techniques.
After completing ‘Discover iPhone Photography’ you will be able to confidently use all of the key photographic settings of your iPhone and have gained a better understanding of the creative techniques that will improve your photography. The course is led by an expert Apple trainer and broadcast media professional.

Course requirements: You will need an Apple iPhone. You can participate with a Samsung or Google camera phone, but some of the technical controls mentioned will only be relevant for iPhones. You may also wish to bring a notebook and something to write with.
