Who is this circle for?

This circle is for anyone who wants to indulge in an evening of meditation and journaling for self-reflection, while meeting like-minded souls. This is especially supportive if you want to quiet your inner critic, build self-trust, and connect more deeply with yourself and others.

Will I have to speak and share in this circle?

Only if you feel called to! Sharing is always optional. This is a space where silence is just as welcome as words (there will be the opportunity to share in pairs, if speaking to the circle feels overwhelming).

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Think cosy! Especially to support the meditations.

I'm new to circles and life coaching workshops, can I still come?

Absolutely! Everything is guided gently and designed to be accessible to your needs, whether it's your first time or a familiar practice. You don't need to prepare or know anything in advance - just come as you are.
