By practicing Yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation, one can reach that physical, psychological, mental and spiritual balance that is the source of happiness. If practiced correctly, Yoga can offer a state of health and body harmony. It actually offers countless ways to improve our life and destiny, to enlarge our personality and attain self-knowledge!

Here at Venus we adapt the extraodinary science of Yoga to the needs of the women in our society nowadays, that are facing stress, emotional issues, PMS and menstrual cycle issues. We know that London can become a pretty hectic place to be sometimes and it is natural to feel the need to recharge yourself. Our Yoga sessions are dedicated to any woman who wishes to amplify her sensuality, self-confidence, vitality, willpower, health, charisma, and so on!

We are passionate about Yoga because it has shaped our lives-the teachers at Venus have been practicing authentic traditional Yoga for more than 10 years and the effects are undoubtable!
