Discover Your Leadership Voice
Event Information
Description
This event is taking place in the Business School - see Campus Map
This workshop takes a fresh look at team training using the 5 Voices system from Giant.
Participants who book the event will really benefit from completing the free 5 voices personality assessment found here https://5voices.com/ (it takes about 20 minutes). This will give them a platform from which to build up their voice order, and help them to get a head-start in discerning their natural preference ahead of the workshop.
Based on Myers Briggs but simplified for maximum impact and application, participants will be able to learn the behaviours and value of each of the 5 Voices and identify the natural Voice they use within their team. They will then be able to set some personal goals in pursuit of healthy self-leadership and explore how to apply the process to teams within their organisations.
As well as demonstrating how this could be transformational for teams in the workplace, this workshop will invest in participants personally, delivering instantly-applicable tools and insights that will refresh and enhance their leadership at home and at work.
The workshop is a taster session for a series of 5 workshops. The typical outcomes teams will experience with Transforming Team Communication are:
● Increased self-awareness and confidence as each person discovers their Leadership Voice
● Deeper relational trust
● True collaboration - every Voice is heard
● Honest conversations become the norm
● More robust decision making
● Greater alignment and team performance
There will be opportunities at the end of the session to prepare a personal development plan and be shown how to follow up with resources from Giant Worldwide, including an online coaching platform, billed as the ‘Netflix’ of Leadership development http://www.giant.tv/lauramears
